Meet the Founders
TJ Mallozzi
TJ founded OnScale 3D after eight years of building and scaling digital solutions for dental device startups. His work focused on transforming manual workflows into efficient, software-driven systems, leading to the development of multiple patented CAD/CAM technologies. Before entering digital dentistry, TJ built his foundation in operational excellence, leadership, and advanced systems as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Along the way, he formed strong partnerships with leading dental software and hardware providers, laying the groundwork for a more connected, modern dental industry.
Jonathan Barton
Jonathan Barton is a Certified Dental Lab Technician with over 25 years of experience leading operations and quality for some of the world’s largest dental laboratories. Known for his deep technical expertise and trusted industry relationships, JB works closely with labs and startups to design in-house manufacturing systems and integrated digital workflows. His passion for sourcing best-in-class equipment and materials, combined with his unmatched lab experience, allows him to turn complex operational challenges into gold-standard solutions.
